IP121 questionnaire is a professional behaviour assessing tool. It is based on the results of the latest survey on qualification structure diversity, referring to five main personality factors:

• Motivating/demotivating factors
• Inclination for developing essential professional competencies (e.g. in leadership, teamwork, planning and organising, communication skills, creativity)
• Internal limitations hindering a person from acting effectively at work (short-lived enthusiasm, schematic actions)
• Distinctive features (tendency to get into conflicts, motivation, way of acting)
• Role in the team (strategist, tactician, guard, protector)

• find 25 minutes of your time and fill in the online test in any time and place that is convenient for you. Remember to provide yourself comfortable conditions.
• get familiar with the test results stated in a clear report which you will get by e-mail.
• make an appointment for a coaching talk with our Consultant on Skype, during which the Consultant will deeply analyse factors from all sections of the survey and indicate combinations of characteristics typical for you. You will also discuss perspectives and directions of your further career.
